Job summary

Centurum in North Carolina supports USSOCOM programs including SATCOM and deployable nodes, providing mission-critical engineering support for SOCS IPTs across CONUS and OCONUS. You will engage in design, development, testing, and integration of deployable tactical communication systems and C5ISR assets.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or formal electronics training with 4–6 years of relevant experience, plus a Top Secret clearance. On-site work in Fayetteville, NC is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or formal electronics training required.
• 4 years of related experience with degree, or 6 years with HS/GED.
• Experience designing, testing, and reporting on electronics equipment.
• Ability to develop layouts, specifications, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and construct major units or equipment.
• Plan and conduct tests; analyze results and report findings.
• Prepare layouts, specifications, parts lists, and estimates.
• Review drawings for adequacy and coordinate testing.
• Train lower-level technicians and ensure compliance with requirements.
