Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Field Service Specialist II to service diagnostic imaging and biomedical equipment across multiple sites. You will lead within Clinical Engineering, repair imaging systems, and manage parts ordering while expanding service opportunities.

Candidates should have an associate degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of imaging equipment experience, plus a valid driver's license. On-call nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training in Electrical, Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Seven years' experience servicing medical imaging equipment (General X-ray, Rad rooms, C-Arms, etc.).
• A valid Driver's License.
• Preferred: Certified Radiology Equipment Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain diagnostic imaging and biomedical equipment.
• Lead within Clinical Engineering and assist FSS with imaging equipment repair.
• Handle parts ordering and coverage for Account Manager; identify new service opportunities.
• Analyze cost histories to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.
• Provide coverage for CE Manager during absence and respond to on-call emergencies.
