Job summary

Premier Power Maintenance seeks a Senior Field Service Specialist to perform complex electrical work onsite at customer facilities. You will test, maintain, commission, upgrade, and repair electrical equipment while leading safety and reporting activities.

Requires HS diploma or GED with 10+ years in substation testing and maintenance; NETA Level III/IV within 6 months; strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Experience with electrical substations, testing, maintenance, and commissioning.
• Ability to obtain NETA Level III/IV within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex electrical and mechanical work on equipment at customer sites.
• Lead safety meetings and coordinate field project tasks.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and test transformers, cables, breakers, and relays.
• Read schematics/manuals and document findings for reports.
