Job summary

Premier Power Maintenance, LLC seeks a Senior Field Service Specialist for EV applications to perform onsite electrical testing, maintenance, commissioning, upgrades and repairs at customer facilities. The role requires troubleshooting, training, and reporting, with strong safety leadership.

You will lead transformer, cable, and circuit breaker testing, read schematics, and support field projects with cost management. Willingness to travel and rotate on-call duty is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Electrical /Electronic Technology, or Military experience is preferred but not required.
• At least 10 years of experience in electrical substation testing, construction, maintenance, troubleshooting, assembly, and commissioning.
• Ability to achieve NETA level III or IV within 6 months of employment.
• Project management experience and ability to support planning, scheduling, execution and cost management of field projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex electrical apparatus work onsite at customer facilities, including testing, maintenance, commissioning, upgrades, and repairs.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and diagrams to troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Lead transformer, cable, and circuit breaker testing.
• Participate in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment.
• Develop safety meetings and training; support project planning and cost management.
• Travel overnight for multi-day projects; rotate on-call duty as needed.
