Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a field-based service professional to act as the primary interface with customers, troubleshoot issues on the final product and filling processes, and support equipment audits and rework.

The role requires travel up to 70% domestically and internationally to Canada, with strong mechanical, communication, and PC skills, and a high school diploma (associates a plus). Crown offers safety focus and career development through hands-on training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certificate in a mechanical discipline is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Beverage Can Sewers (Angelus, Pneumatic Scale, Continental) and Beverage Fillers Equipment (Crown, HK, Cemco, etc.).
• Proven mechanical skills and ability to use gauges, dial calipers, micrometers and related instruments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between the Company and the customer in trouble-shooting problems with the final product and customer filling processes.
• Support the customer in areas such as equipment audits, rework of the final filled products, overhauls and equipment conversions.
• Interact with other members of the Company's Sales Team to develop strategies, resolve problems and implement solutions to support the customer.
• Provide double-seaming training for customers.
