Job summary

The Lead Field Service Electronics Technician at Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions Division is based in the greater Portland, OR area and operates remotely from a home office with daily travel to customer sites; a company vehicle is provided. You will deliver on-site support, emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventive maintenance to ensure peak system performance.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of power systems, battery technologies and/or electronics experience.
• Regular driver with a current, unrestricted license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must undergo background checks and drug screenings as needed.
• Ability to travel daily to customer sites; overnight stays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of a world-class service organization.
• Provide on-site support including emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventative maintenance.
• Support customers with mission-critical facilities and energy management needs.
• Collaborate with Field Service Technicians and field leads.
• Participate in safety audits and comply with safety rules.
