Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr Quality Engineering Manager (Finance) to lead quality and operational excellence across PT-Sundyne locations. You will drive governance, coaching, and cross-site improvement while partnering with site leaders to deliver value in quality, delivery, and cost.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma excellence, QMS oversight, and travel to multiple sites. Hybrid work flexibility is offered among Charlotte, Arvada, and Dijon locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, Mathematics, Operations, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, quality, engineering, or related technical environment.
• Hands-on application of Lean, Six Sigma, structured problem solving, and manufacturing best practices.
• Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems, governance, corrective action, risk management, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel to PT-Sundyne manufacturing locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the PT-Sundyne steward for the Quality Management System across six locations, strengthening governance and site ownership.
• Partner with site leaders to assess system effectiveness, identify gaps, and convert priorities into improvements.
• Develop and coach site-based quality professionals, building technical depth and leadership capability.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to improve quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance.
• Advance customer satisfaction by improving product and process quality and strengthening delivery performance.
• Lead cross-site problem solving using Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and FMEA.
