Job summary

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned targets with Bayer products in coordination with pod-mates.
• Develop and implement dealer business plans, forecast, manage inventory and demand issues.
• Serve as the key business consultant to retailers and dealers.
• Show product performance against competition and be Bayer brand advocate.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives and Bayer teams to maximize service and sales.
• Manage inventory and address bottlenecks to meet objectives.
• Gather and analyze market and competitive information and use data for decisions.
• Develop strategies for long and short term plans for key accounts.
• Control expenses and program payments per Bayer policy.
• Mentor peers and expand selling skills and product knowledge.
• Drive program execution including national/regional marketing initiatives.
• Lead collaborations with partners and manage relationships with top growers.
