Job summary

OpenText, The Information Company, is seeking a Field Sales Operations Analyst to enable regional field execution and global BU priorities in a fast-moving environment. This office role is based in the US or Canada and supports both regional sales execution and global business unit priorities.

You will own recurring operational cadences, ensure Salesforce data accuracy, and drive process excellence with Field Ops, PMO and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s is a plus.
• 3–5 years of relevant business experience, ideally supporting a B2B/technology sales environment.
• Systems: Salesforce/CRM, Power BI, and advanced Excel; exposure to Anaplan, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, and Teams a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecast management, weekly forecast and pipeline inspection; flag risk and gaps.
• Ensure account/opportunity data accuracy in Salesforce; manage ownership and routing discrepancies.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI; deliver analysis on pipeline and trends.
• Support GTM growth programs; monitor adoption and drive improvements.
• Assist with segmentation, quota deployment, and territory coverage.
• Champion AI in daily workflow; optimize repetitive tasks with AI tools.
• Partner with sales leaders and cross-functional teams on planning and outcomes.
