Senior Field Sales Manager, SaaS *Remote*

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific U.S. time zones.

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting is a global leader providing essential tax, accounting, and audit information, solutions, and services to professionals and organizations worldwide. Our key solutions include CCH AnswerConnect, CCH Account Research Manager, and CCH CPELink.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our Research & Learning products.
  • Manage a territory to drive profitable sales growth, including prospecting, account management, and developing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce.com CRM.
  • Conduct in-person presentations and participate in industry events to generate interest and close sales.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and product teams to meet customer needs and contribute to product development.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan, including forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, with demonstrated success in developing prospects, achieving quotas, and managing sales processes. Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.com is required.

Preferred Experience: 5+ years in SaaS or software sales, inside sales experience, and knowledge of tax and accounting concepts.

  • Independent working style with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range varies by location, with a target of $76,350 - $105,700, plus commissions. Comprehensive benefits include health plans, 401(k), tuition assistance, paid leave, and more.
