Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Account Executive who can thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment to help us increase sales and address customer needs within a specific territory. You will act as the key link between the Homes.com sales team and real estate agents as you generate excitement and interest around the Homes.com products and maximize sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Engage with real estate agents via in‑office meetings, trade shows, and local industry events to answer questions, provide product information, and demonstrate products.
- Generate excitement and interest in the Homes.com products, develop effective customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide product information and deliver educational material, complete demonstrations of the product and benefits of becoming a Homes.com member.
- Build a pipeline of business and repeat opportunities.
- Accurately forecast weekly and monthly sales pipeline.
- Make sales and technical presentations to potential customers via on‑site and web presentations, as required.
- Report to Sales Manager with sales progress and pipeline.
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls and training sessions to stay abreast of new product features and benefits and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
- Build positive trusting relationships with real estate agents to influence the close of sales deals.
- Travel 80% within your local territory.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person university or college.
- 3+ years experience in sales or account management.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Web Enterprise, Salesforce, Gong).
- Ability to work well in a team‑oriented environment, as well as independently.
- Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
