Job summary

WIB Group (Wereta International Business) is seeking an Agricultural Machinery Sales Engineer / Executive to promote, sell, and support tractors, implements, and farm equipment to farmers, cooperatives, and institutions.

The role combines technical product knowledge with proactive sales to identify customer needs, demonstrate machinery performance, and close opportunities while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level technical or business background with exposure to agricultural machinery preferred.
• Experience in sales of heavy equipment or industrial products is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of machinery demonstrations, technical presentations and farming practices.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell agricultural machinery products to farmers, cooperatives, and institutions.
• Conduct machinery demonstrations and provide technical explanations of operation and benefits.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and technical presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with farmers, dealers, and agricultural organizations; manage CRM records and sales pipeline.
• Monitor market trends and report regularly to Head of Commercial – Agricultural Machinery.
