Zusammenfassung

Meade is seeking a seasoned Director of Sales to build and run a field sales organization that wins new engagements and expands existing accounts across our target verticals in the buildings market. This role collaborates with the CGO, strategic partners, marketing, and technical leadership to accelerate growth.

Preference may be given to candidates located in AZ, WA, or TX due to business needs. The position offers the chance to lead hyperscale and enterprise relationships and drive revenue

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years leading field sales organizations with direct B2B experience in AEC/technical services.
• Experience building and scaling go-to-market teams with revenue growth and client retention.

Aufgaben

• Own the field sales pipeline and lead a team of business development professionals.
• Coach and develop team members through performance management, mentoring, and development plans.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop field sales talent as the organization scales.
• Report pipeline health, win rates, and forecast accuracy to executive leadership.
• Set territory models, quota structures, and comp design in partnership with CGO.
• Lead strategic pursuit planning for high-value opportunities and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, developers, contractors, architects, and industry partners.
• Ensure Salesforce is updated with client activity, opportunities, and forecasts.
• Establish and monitor sales KPIs related to activity, pipeline, conversion, and revenue attainment.
