Qualifications

• 10+ years running field sales organizations within the AEC market.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with budgets and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field sales organization to hit new-logo and account-expansion targets.
• Develop coaching, training, and succession plans for the sales team.
• Own end-to-end account lifecycle from acquisition to renewal/expansion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pursuit, and Tech leadership to win high-value opportunities.
