Job summary

Meade is seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Executive to drive revenue and relationships in the mission critical market. This in-office role focuses on building and managing a pipeline with data center owners, land developers, and hyperscale operators across Meade's full-service platform: MEP design, commissioning, power systems, and fire protection.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business development or sales in AEC, engineering services, or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure professional services contracts with data center owners, hyperscalers, or colocation operators.
• Existing relationships at the VP level or above with ICPs in the data center development or operations ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities across data center owners, land developers, and hyperscale accounts.
• Build and prioritize a pipeline across Meade's full service platform based on probability, fit, and strategic value.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting in CRM. Work qualified leads sourced through marketing and BDR functions.
• Own relationships with key ICPs; VP of Design Engineering, VP of Construction, Director of Critical Facilities, and procurement leads at target accounts.
• Maintain active engagement with existing Meade clients to protect and grow wallet share.
• Represent Meade at industry events and trade organizations relevant to the mission critical market.
• Lead qualification and go/no-go decisions in coordination with Meade leadership.
• Drive pursuit strategy; positioning, messaging, resource decisions, competitive differentiation through to proposal submission and contract execution.
