Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years or Master's/PhD with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare and familiarity with pharma data and analytics.
• Strong understanding of life sciences commercial data (claims, prescriber data, affiliations, sales ops data).
• Experience with field sales support and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytic initiatives and projects using diverse data sources (claims, prescriber data, promo data).
• Provide analytics support to sales teams with dashboards and reports.
• Partner with VP/Head of Sales and regional leaders to track performance.
• Design data models and visualizations to report insights supporting sales performance.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to maximize commercial objectives and communicate insights clearly.
