Job summary

Corr Safety in Springhouse, PA seeks a Lead Field Safety Representative to deploy and oversee safety programs on pharmaceutical construction sites. This field role covers program implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement to meet regulatory and client requirements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in field safety, pharma project experience, and OSHA 30 certification; CSP/CHST/OHST and OSHA 500/511/510 are a plus. OT may be required as the project progresses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction safety field experience.
• Experience supporting active construction or industrial projects.
• Pharma construction safety experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 required; CSP/CHST/OHST or OSHA 500/511/510 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site health and safety support for construction projects.
• Assist in planning and maintaining project safety programs and protocols.
• Prepare safety reports and present metrics to project leadership.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and conduct inspections.
• Lead safety training sessions and toolbox talks.
