SolveNow Inc. is seeking a seasoned HSE/EHS professional to lead safety on active construction sites in the Conshohocken area.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5–10 years in construction, and strong experience implementing safety programs, trainings, and compliance reviews.

Candidates should hold OSHA 30/CHST or CSP and be proficient in documenting incidents and reporting to project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HSE/EHS, Safety, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent construction experience.
• Minimum 5–10 years of construction industry experience with safety leadership.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction, OSHA 510, CHST, or CSP required to advance.
• Experience delivering safety trainings, toolbox talks, JHAs, and coaching.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Proven ability to conduct safety observations, assessments, and compliance reviews across multi‑trade workforces.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills; proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced construction environment.
