Compliance Management International (CMI) is seeking a Construction Safety Specialist to support an active pharmaceutical construction project in Lansdale, PA. This long-term role requires strong field leadership, hazard recognition, and construction safety experience.

You will provide daily field safety oversight, conduct inspections, trainings, and incident investigations while ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience.
• Pharmaceutical construction safety experience required.
• Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Construction Standards.
• Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as project needs require.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily field safety oversight for contractors and subcontractors.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and observations.
• Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Support Pre-Task Plans (PTPs), JSAs/JHAs, permits, and incident investigations.
• Conduct orientations, toolbox talks, and safety training.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and client safety requirements.
• Monitor high-risk activities including electrical safety, fall protection, confined space, cranes/rigging, LOTO, and hot work.
• Maintain required safety reports and documentation.
• Coach field personnel and partner with project leadership to improve safety performance.
