Saudi Aramco is seeking a Lead Field Compliance Coordinator to lead major HSE initiatives within UR and UROECD, ensuring robust safety and environmental compliance. The role involves guiding teams, conducting inspections, and delivering hands-on training across sites.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in safety/operational roles, a relevant engineering or safety degree, and in-depth knowledge of regulatory standards to drive continuous improvement and safer operations worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Safety engineering, Industrial hygiene, or environmental science, or in a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of related safety/operational experience and/or training, preferably in the oil/gas or petrochemical industry.
• Knowledge of occupational health, safety and environmental compliance with applicable industry standards.
• Hands-on health, safety and environmental training delivery.
• Assist with developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive health and safety programs.
• Lead and direct teams and/or committees.
• Skilled in HSE standards and procedures.

• Provide advice to staff to maintain a safe environment in compliance with regulations.
• Identify hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace.
• Conduct on-site inspections and safety audits.
• Develop and deliver safety training and orientation materials.
