Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Specialist to oversee daily safety activities at our Permian Basin operations in Texas. You will promote compliance, provide coaching and training, conduct inspections, and ensure proper recordkeeping across facilities and crews.

The role requires 3–5 years in safety, OSHA knowledge, and strong communication skills; knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910/1926 and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of safety experience required.
• Familiarity with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• OSHA Out-Reach Trainer certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Conduct inspections for unsafe conditions and behavior; follow up actions.
• Coordinate safety training and maintain training records.
• Investigate incidents and assist in Root Cause Analysis.
• Transport injured employees when required; manage documentation.
