Job summary

The Field Robotics Test Engineer at ManpowerGroup's client in Dallas-Fort Worth will support autonomous and semi-autonomous robotics deployments in field operations. You will execute tests, document results, maintain safety protocols, and collaborate with engineering to validate CONOPs and use cases.

Applicants should have 5–7 years of field testing experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, OSHA 30, and proven leadership in operations.

• Experience leading field safety
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, robotics, agriculture, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe testing environment and enforce site protocols.
• Collaborate with program/engineering teams to design and run tests.
• Document inspections, tests, results, and maintenance activities with clear reports.
• Calibrate, diagnose, and troubleshoot robotic systems with engineering teams.
