Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Dallas–Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and test electrical components and systems for small robots and ground-based vehicles. This highly independent role involves applying advanced engineering principles and collaborating with a Tech Lead and manager to deliver reliable solutions.

You will lead DFMEA processes, conduct functional safety analysis, mentor junior engineers, and drive concepts through testing using CAD/EDA tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
7+ years of related experience and/or training.
Proficiency with EDA tools and analog/digital circuit design.
Experience leading DFMEA processes and performing functional safety analysis.
Strong communication and teamwork, with leadership when needed.

Responsibilities

Design electrical equipment, systems for commercial, industrial and domestic applications.
Design, test, and fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment.
Develop controls, instruments, and electrical systems for new uses.
Ensure manufacturing, installation, and testing meet specs and customer requirements.
Coordinate operation, maintenance, and repair of field equipment.
