Job summary

Inbolt is seeking a Senior Robotics Application Engineer to own demanding deployments in the US, with autonomy and decision-making latitude. You’ll connect with plant teams, lead end-to-end deployments from scoping to production, mentor junior engineers, and travel regularly to customer sites to ensure robust, production-ready solutions.

This role requires deep robotics integration experience and a pragmatic mindset to deliver zero-downtime production environments.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in industrial robotics, systems integration, or customer deployment.
Experience leading complex deployments end-to-end at industrial sites.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management in field projects.

Responsibilities

Own deployments end-to-end: scoping through production rollout, installation, integration, and validation.
Be the senior client contact: lead strategic meetings, manage expectations, build trust with plant teams.
Design and improve deployment processes: identify bottlenecks and evolve methods.
Diagnose hard cases: structure analysis, escalate to engineering, propose fixes.
Mentor and share knowledge: help junior engineers grow in the field.
Travel regularly to customer sites with autonomy over schedule and priorities.
