Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands seeks a Senior Field Remarketing Manager to lead a team of Field Remarketing Managers and Reps across the national auction network. You will own field strategy, drive recovery, and optimize cycle time while partnering with auction and vendor leadership to ensure standards are met.

You will coach managers, set staffing plans, analyze performance trends, and present monthly reviews to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Remarketing/Auction management experience in high-volume locations.
• College degree or equivalent experience in Remarketing/Auction functions.
• Willing to travel (up to 40-50%).
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and follow-through.
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Field Remarketing Managers and Reps to hit company objectives across the national auction network.
• Set regional and national field strategy, including coverage design and staffing levels.
• Own field performance across portfolios; analyze results and drive recovery, cycle time, and expense goals.
• Drive process improvement and standardization across regions; implement changes via management teams.
• Manage strategic relationships with auction partners and vendors at leadership level.
• Prepare and present monthly business reviews to Senior Leadership with insights and recommendations.
• Ensure field operations meet compliance, documentation, and audit requirements across states and auction locations.
• Manage field expenses and travel budgets for the team.
