Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager - Rare Disease in a hybrid role to drive payer strategy, patient access, and provider education across a regional portfolio. You will collaborate with Medical, Compliance, Legal, Commercial, Sales and Patient Services to navigate complex reimbursement landscapes and support patient access programs while maintaining compliant education and coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of biotech/pharma experience in reimbursement, market access, patient services, or rare disease.
• Deep understanding of U.S. payer systems including commercial and government coverage pathways.
• Experience with hub models and specialty pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Act as regional expert on reimbursement and access for BridgeBio therapies.
• Educate provider offices on reimbursement processes and coverage pathways.
• Coordinate access processes with provider workflows and patient support programs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve patient access pathways and share field insights.
