Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement in the Northeast US to lead a regional team and execute reimbursement strategies that maximize patient access to Tezspire. You will translate national priorities into actionable territory plans and coach FRMs to deliver strong field execution.

The role requires deep knowledge of payer dynamics, a proven leadership track, and collaboration across Sales, Market Access, Medical, HUB, and Operations to optimize access and drive performance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
• Five years of experience as a manager/first-line leader with coaching and performance management responsibilities.
• Three years in public or private third-party access, market access, or related field.
• Experience in both Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill reimbursement, including prior authorization and denials.
• Strong understanding of commercial payer, Medicare, and Medicaid access and reimbursement dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Field Reimbursement Managers with clear expectations and ongoing development.
• Develop regional strategies translating national priorities into actionable territory plans using payer insights.
• Monitor field KPIs and ensure excellent, compliant access experiences for customers and patients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Sales, Market Access, Medical, HUB, Operations) to prioritize access priorities.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and field reimbursement rules of engagement.
