Job summary

Amgen USA Inc. is seeking a Director of Field Reimbursement - East to lead the Respiratory FRM organization.

You will set vision, drive performance, and translate enterprise access strategy into regional execution, influencing payer policies and patient access through analytics and cross-functional leadership. You will coach senior leaders, manage budgets, and prepare executive presentations while collaborating with Sales, Market Access, Medical, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or higher, or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5+ years of customer service and/or leadership experience.
• 7 years of customer service and/or leadership experience with a Bachelor’s.
• Experience leading field-based teams and developing leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Senior Managers to build a high-performing FRM organization.
• Translate enterprise access strategy into regional execution with accountability.
• Use analytics and CRM data to drive patient access and performance insights.
• Maintain deep expertise in Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill reimbursement.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and field-level reviews.
• Drive readiness for new indications, launches, and geographic expansion.
• Coordinate with Sales, Market Access, Medical, and Operations teams.
• Allocate resources and manage capacity to meet priorities.
• Spend time in the field to coach leaders and reinforce priorities.
