CRBR is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex reconstruction projects in Nevada. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role for a construction professional who thrives in the field, values precision, and knows how to drive results while delivering exceptional customer service.

A typical Project manager manages approximately $2.5M in annual project volume, with individual projects reaching $300,000+.

Qualifications

7+ years of construction experience.
OSHA 30 Certification is required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
CSLB HIS License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficient with job management software.

Responsibilities

Deliver assigned projects on time and within target margins.
Manage and supervise projects up to $300,000+ with consistency.
Supervise in-house crews and subcontractors.
Build and develop subcontractor networks and resources.
Serve as the primary field leader between customers, subs, and CRBR.
Provide clear, professional customer communication, including written schedules.
Create change orders and accurate cost estimates.
Track job costs and maintain project documentation.
Coordinate with building departments, engineers, and architects.
Train, onboard, and mentor new Superintendents.
Coach team members to grow in their roles.
Promote and model safety at all times.
Assist with contract and change-order collections.
Support fellow Superintendents with resources and scheduling.
