The role requires regional travel, hybrid project management, and strong client-facing communication. A minimum 5–7+ years in construction or reconstruction is expected, with proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and CPM scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, high-value projects.
• Proficiency with project management software and document controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large reconstruction projects from start to finish.
• Champion jobsite safety with inspections and compliance enforcement.
• Oversee quality control, field operations, and subcontractor performance.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and estimates.
• Drive client communication and build long-term partnerships.
• Represent the company at client meetings and site visits.
• Mentor junior project managers and field staff; monitor risk and change orders.
