Job summary

Reconstruction Experts in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex reconstruction projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with top-tier safety and quality. You will coordinate clients, architects, and field teams, mentor junior managers, manage budgets and schedules, and uphold rigorous change-control and risk management.

Travel regionally as needed; hybrid onsite supervision is included.

Qualifications

5–7+ years of construction or reconstruction experience.
Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Excel, Word, Revu Bluebeam, and Outlook.
Deep understanding of construction methods, sequencing, safety, and regulatory standards.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and client-facing communication skills.
Experience with Design-Build delivery methods (preferred).
High School Diploma required; College Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple, large-scale reconstruction projects from start to finish.
Champion jobsite safety with inspections, compliance enforcement, and culture-building.
Oversee quality control, field operations, and subcontractor performance.
Develop and manage detailed budgets, schedules, and construction estimates.
Drive effective client communication and build long-term partnerships.
Represent Reconstruction Experts at client meetings, inspections, and community engagements.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and field teams members.
Monitor risk management, contract compliance, and change orders.
