Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field as listed.
• 10+ years of field engineering experience with radar systems.
• Strong understanding of radar operation and data interpretation.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated hardware/software systems.
• Ability to travel to customer sites in the United States.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for radar systems deployed at customer locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and interface issues.
• Perform corrective maintenance, system recovery, and software updates as required.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues and implement actions.
• Support demonstrations, evaluations and field tests with customers.
• Communicate feedback and field requirements to internal teams.
