Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Competent technical expertise and application domain knowledge.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support DRS equipment in operating environments at depots, training sites, and customer field operations with training, operation or repair.
• Support all Field Service activities.
• Setup and support demonstrations.
• Regular reporting of progress and status.
• Provide budget, cost and schedule input for design assignments.
• Communicate clearly with other company personnel and the customer as required.
• Attend appropriate engineering, customer or business meetings.
• Mentor and coach less experienced engineers.
