Potawatomi Defense Operations, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineering Technician to provide on-site construction quality assurance and safety oversight supporting NAVFAC Northwest construction projects at Silverdale, WA.

The role observes construction activities, inspects workmanship and materials, reviews plans, documents performance, identifies deficiencies, and supports Government construction management personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction inspection or trades experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods and workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Experience with EM 385-1-1, OSHA and federal safety standards.
• Experience supporting NAVFAC or USACE Capital Improvements projects.
• Field work requires physical capability and access to construction sites.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily construction inspections and QA observations.
• Verify work complies with drawings, specs, and submittals.
• Inspect materials, workmanship, equipment, and installed systems.
• Monitor QC and safety programs on site.
• Prepare daily QA reports and maintain project records.
• Review RFIs, submittals, and conduct constructability reviews.
• Witness tests and coordinate with contractors and Government reps.
• Support punch-list, warranty, and project closeout activities.
