Zusammenfassung

Potawatomi Defense Operations is seeking a Construction Management Representative/Construction Oversight Engineer to support NAVFAC Northwest/OICC Puget in managing federal construction projects at Silverdale, WA. The role includes owner-side oversight, QA/QC, schedule and cost analysis, safety, and closeout.

The candidate will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and government personnel, review RFIs and submittals, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and UFGS specs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering as required.
• 10 years of Construction Management experience required.
• At least 1 year supporting NAVFAC or USACE capital projects.
• Experience with QA/QC, RFIs, submittals, schedules, changes and docs.
• Knowledge of Federal construction requirements and UFGS specs.
• Primavera P6 experience expected.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and installation practices.
• Ability to evaluate costs and changed work.
• Must have or be able to obtain government/base access.
• Valid driver's license; site inspection capability.
• CQM-C certification preferred; can be obtained within 90 days if not current.

Aufgaben

• Monitor construction for compliance with drawings and specs.
• Review RFIs, submittals, plans and contractor correspondence.
• Evaluate contractor QC programs and workmanship.
• Review baseline schedules and look-ahead schedules.
• Identify schedule issues and recommend actions.
• Review safety plans and AHAs; monitor environmental compliance.
• Maintain project documentation, daily reports, photo logs.
• Review payment requests and verify work completed.
• Support modifications, estimates, change orders and claims.
• Perform constructability reviews; participate in meetings.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Support commissioning, punch-lists and closeout.
