Job summary

Parsons seeks a Senior Project Manager to support our client’s Design and Engineering (D&E) office. This individual will oversee planning, programming and Federal funding efforts, and lead master planning, initiation and concept design phases of the project life cycle.

The role requires analyzing technical issues, developing estimates, reviewing plans, and managing facility delivery activities with a focus on performance and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance required.
• US Citizen.
• BA/BS degree (or equivalent years’ experience).
• 20+ years of technical expertise.
• Full-time position based in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, programming and Federal funding efforts.
• Review project documents and schedules.
• Provide technical guidance on facility delivery activities.
• Present monthly status reports and reflect performance against baselines.
• Engage with stakeholders including SES, military leadership and officials as required.
• Lead design and life-cycle phases from master planning to concept design.
