Job summary

Entergy Mississippi, LLC seeks Field Coordinators (I, II, or Sr) to uphold safety, quality, and compliance in capital projects within Power Delivery and Capital Projects. You will support construction activities, material logistics, outages, and field crews, coordinating with project teams to meet objectives.

This onsite role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with experience in transmission and distribution construction and a commitment to safe work practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred.
• Strong planning/organization and time management skills.
• Interpersonal and group communication abilities.
• Knowledge of construction practices and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify safety hazards and contribute to project scopes and schedules.
• Coordinate material staging, deliveries, and outages to meet cost/schedule targets.
• Perform field observations, QA/QC, and as-builts; support contractor coordination.
• Oversee field-level safety, quality, and progress with internal and contract crews.
