Gates is seeking a Senior Field Product Application Engineer to join our remote, global team. You will provide technical and hands-on support for our fluid power aftermarket equipment, collaborating with product line management, procurement and engineering teams to enhance offerings.

The role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong mechanical/technical skills, willing to travel up to 40% to customer sites and conferences, and capable of independent work as well as collaboration with

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering required or 3–5 years of engineering experience.
• Hands-on engineering experience and willingness to roll up sleeves.
• Willing to travel 40% to customers, plants and conferences.

Responsabilidades

• Technical & Development Support: act as go-to expert for fluid power products and aftermarket equipment; troubleshoot and repair.
• Training: develop and deliver equipment training for internal teams and customers (Fluid Power Workshops).
• Marketing & Commercial Support: assist marketing and sales with technical collateral and how-to materials.
• Provide engineering service to customers for proper application and selection of fluid power products.
