Gates Corporation is seeking a Senior Field Product Application Engineer to provide technical and hands-on support for our fluid power aftermarket equipment. The role involves collaboration with product management, procurement, and technical teams to enhance our offerings, plus field engineering and on-site customer support.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical/Fluid Power background, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to travel nationally at least 40%.

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3–5 years engineering experience or 5–10 years progressive engineering/technical experience.
Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves.
Mechanical and Fluid Power systems focus preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel to customers and conferences (min 40%).
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

Provide technical and hands-on support to aftermarket equipment product line in Fluid Power.
