• 5+ years semiconductor process engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of epitaxial deposition, thin films, vacuum systems, and device physics.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site process development, optimization, and troubleshooting on ASM epitaxy systems.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to support new process development and improvements.
• Partner with customer teams to align technology requirements and deliverables.
• Drive process and hardware improvements to enhance yield and performance.
• Lead product evaluations, installations, and qualification activities.
• Manage technical projects end-to-end from planning to customer acceptance.
• Develop technical documentation, best practices, and process knowledge.
