Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in epi process or equipment engineering.
• Wafer fab process/equipment experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to persuade senior stakeholders.
• Regarded as the technical expert in EPIUnit Process and Wafer Fab operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert in Epi Process and Equipment with 10+ years experience.
• Lead data analytics to identify, troubleshoot, and solve complex EPI Process, Yield, and Integration issues.
• Lead discussions with customers to understand High Value Problems and propose improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead CIP projects to improve customer KPIs and service opportunities.
• Adopt new service technologies and perform on-site evaluations and joint development programs.
