Job summary

WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge Field Operations, technology teams, and business stakeholders. You will drive process improvements, optimize enterprise applications, and enhance reporting and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in business/ systems analysis and hands-on experience with Salesforce and ServiceMax in a field service context.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related technology roles.
Experience supporting Salesforce and ServiceMax field service platforms.
Strong understanding of field service operations including scheduling, dispatch, asset management, and parts/inventory.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements discovery, workshops, interviews, and process reviews with Field Operations stakeholders.
Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, vendors, and partners throughout the SDLC.
Facilitate UAT, solution validation, and release readiness activities.
Assist with change management, training, and adoption of new capabilities.
