Job summary

AIR Communities, a premier owner and operator of multifamily housing, seeks a Senior Field Operations Support Manager to cover vacant Leasing and Property Manager roles and mentor teams across communities. The role demands travel and hands-on leadership of operations, finances, and staff.

Based in Denver with in-office presence, you will oversee regional property operations, drive profitability, budgets, and training while supporting audit-driven action plans and community-level value

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 75% with easy airport access.
• 5+ years of experience in Community Operations.
• 2+ years in a direct Community Management role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate teams and communicate effectively.
• Strong financial results orientation and value enhancements at the community level.

Responsibilities

• May serve as acting Community Manager and provide operational support.
• May oversee multiple properties' operations, profitability, budgets, forecasting, outreach and staff supervision.
• Support regional offices in property operations across assigned communities.
• Assist various managers in completing action plans from audits.
