AIR Communities is seeking a Traveling Community Manager / Field Operations Support Manager to serve as a key operational resource across our national portfolio. This role supports communities facing leadership vacancies, leasing challenges, and operational transitions, traveling up to 75% of the time to stabilize operations and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Community Manager overseeing day-to-day property operations.
• Proven success improving occupancy, leasing performance, resident satisfaction, and operational results.

Responsibilities

• Act as the acting Community Manager for assigned communities during vacancies and transitions.
• Partner with Regional Managers to improve occupancy, leasing performance, and resident satisfaction.
• Lead onboarding and integration for newly acquired communities.
• Provide oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and profitability initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and train community teams across multiple locations.
