Job summary

AIR Communities in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Field Operations Support Manager to lead operations across multiple communities with leasing and property management responsibilities. This in-office role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and hands-on coaching.

You will travel up to 75% for site oversight, support regional teams, and drive actions from audits while mentoring property managers and service managers to improve performance and value at the community level.

Qualifications

  • Ability to travel at least 75% of the time with easy access to large Airport.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Community Operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in direct Community Management role.
  • Proven track record in managing large properties, be a motivator, a good communicator, and a hands-on manager.

  • May provide regional oversight of all aspects of Property Management of multiple communities as assigned including profitability and financial direction; budget and forecast preparation; outreach and marketing; training and supervision of staff.
  • Provide support to the Regional Offices in supporting the operations for properties assigned.
  • Assist Property Managers, Service Managers, Regional Property Managers, Area Service Managers, Directors of Service & Quality and Directors of Operations in the completion of action plans required as the result of an audit.

Job Description

Our SeniorField Operations Support Manager will provide coverage and support to our communities with vacant Leasing and Property Manager positions. They will also provide managerial support to our communities with essential and time-sensitive hardships. This position will serve as the subject matter expert on direct operations, finances and mentoring.

Additional Information

AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:

  • Expected base salary of $60,000- $70,000.You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

There is potential for this role to go permanent. If full-time, position will be eligible for the benefits below.
