Job summary

ezHIRE seeks a Field Technical Operations Manager based in Miami, FL, with up to 75% travel to lead installation and service projects for top-tier clients. You will manage field technicians and subcontractors, oversee commissioning and troubleshooting, and ensure safety and quality across diverse environments.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in electronic security, a related degree or equivalent hands-on experience, and proficiency with major systems; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in electronic security or low-voltage systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proficiency with Honeywell, Bosch, Lenel, Genetec, Axis, i-PRO, HID, Mercury.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-based security system projects including installations and commissioning.
• Supervise technicians and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide client support, troubleshooting, and rapid response to issues.
• Create and maintain project documentation and drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Participate in budget planning and cost control for field ops.
