Job summary

TRITECH Communications is seeking an experienced Security Systems Foreman / Lead Technician to lead installation, testing, and commissioning of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems across the Miami–Ft. Lauderdale and Boca Raton regions.

You will read plans, troubleshoot hardware and software, coordinate with customers and contractors, and mentor junior technicians while ensuring safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial security systems.
• Lead technician or foreman experience preferred.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and security plans.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise technicians on security system installations.
• Install, test, commission, service, and troubleshoot access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
• Coordinate with customers and project managers to meet schedules.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
