Job summary

Titan Security Group is looking for a Miami Field Service Technician to install and service security systems. The role involves hands-on work with access control, CCTV, and related security equipment at client sites in the Miami area.

You will travel to customer sites, diagnose issues, and configure systems, reporting to the Service Manager. A technical degree and ability to work in English are required; a valid pre-employment screen and background check will be completed.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Technical Degree required.
• Experience installing and programming Access Control systems.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Service and configure Enterprise Level Access Control Systems and IP CCTV systems.
• Travel to customer sites in company provided vehicle.
• Diagnose and repair equipment and configurations.
• Interface with customer personnel to develop relationships and provide training as needed.
