Job summary

TRITECH Communications Inc. seeks an experienced Security Systems Foreman / Lead Technician to lead installation, testing, commissioning, service and troubleshooting of physical security systems in Miami–Ft. Lauderdale and Boca Raton–West Palm Beach regions.

The role involves supervising technicians, coordinating with customers, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in commercial security, with strong experience in access control, CCTV and

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial security systems.
Experience with access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documentation.
Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise technicians on security system installation projects.
Install, test, commission, service, and troubleshoot access control, video surveillance, intercom, and intrusion systems.
Install and terminate security panels, cameras, locking devices, door contacts, and sensors.
Read architectural plans and specifications and ensure alignment with requirements.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, wiring, and programming issues.
Coordinate with customers, contractors, project managers, and other trades.
Maintain project deliverables on schedule with quality workmanship.
Provide technical guidance and training to other technicians.
