Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Field Operations Associate for our Traverse City, MI area to manage warehouse operations including receipt, processing, packaging, and storage of supplies. You will help plan shipping/receiving schedules and optimize space and equipment use.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing or logistics, a HS diploma, and a valid driver's license; ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible hours is essential. Training occurs in Grand Blanc, MI with 27/hr base compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics or related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer and operate warehouses: receipt, processing, packaging and storage of supplies.
• Assist in scheduling for shipping and receiving; manage flow of goods.
• Ensure procedures, space utilization, and equipment maintenance.
• Check inventory records and participate in cycle counts.
• Prepare and inspect kits for compliance.
• Maintain clean storage areas and ensure safety.
• Inspect stock items for wear/defects and report damages.
• Support quality initiatives across the branch.
• Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping, and warehouse teams to expedite deliveries.
• Track inventories and alert when supplies are low.
• Collaborate with internal resources for alternative product obtainment.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
